Chalk or Chalk Pencil
Clothes Pins or Paper Clips
Glue (Aleene's Fast Grab Tacky Glue) or Low Temp Glue Gun
Ruler

Materials
Foam Sheet - Black
Visor - Yellow
Wiggle Eyes - Oval 15 mm

Instructions
Make a visor.  See how to make a Fun Foam Visor Here.

Measure and draw two 1/2 inch wide strips on the black foam with chalk or a chalk pencil.

Cut out the strips.

Glue the strips to the visor leaving room for the eyes.

Trim the strips to fit the visor.

Glue the wiggle eyes to the visor.

Use clothes pins to hold strips in place if needed.

Let the glue dry before wearing.
