How to Tie an Overhand Knot

Since I refer to an Overhand Knot in my craft tutorials, I thought I would share how to tie it.

Bring both ends together.

Wrap around two fingers to make a loop.  You will make a X at the bottom of the loop where it crosses.

Bring both ends through the loop on fingers.

Pull tight.

This is an Overhand Knot.
