Materials
Foam Sheet - Black
Foam Circles
Visor - Blue
Wiggle Eyes - Round 40 mm

Instructions

Glue the wiggle eyes to the visor.

Measure and draw two 2 inch x 1/2 inch wide strips on the black foam with chalk or a chalk pencil.

Cut out the strips.  These strips will be the eyebrows.

Glue the black strip eye brows above the eyes.

Glue the foam circles to the visor.

Use clothes pins to hold pieces of foam in place if needed.

Let the glue dry before wearing.
