Pull Tab Snake

Materials
Aluminum Pull Tabs (21 for each snake)
Felt (Green, Red, White)
Glue (Aleene's Fast Grab Tacky Glue)
Wiggle Eyes (4 mm)

Instructions
Clean the aluminum pull tabs with soap and water.  Allow tabs to dry completely.

File any rough edges on the pull tabs.

Cut the felt (green and white) in a 1/2 inch wide strip.

Round one end of the felt strips for the head.

Cut the other end of the felt strips into a point for the tail.

Thread the tail end of the felt through a pull tab.

Slide the pull tab up the felt strip to the head.

Thread the tail through the second hole of the pull tab.

Thread the tail end of the felt through a second pull tab.  Slide the pull tab up the felt to the head.

Thread the tail through the second hole of the pull tab.

Continue to add pull tabs the full length of the snake.

Cut out a tongue from the red felt.

Glue the tongue in between the green and white felt.

Glue the wiggle eyes onto the head of the snake.  Allow the glue to dry.

Your bendable snake is ready to be played with.
